Course Cancellation

The cancellation must be notified in writing: letter, fax or e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt:

  • More than 30 days before the beginning of the course: we will give back the whole reservation sum)
  • Between 30 and 15 days before the beginning of the course: we will give back the 50% of the reservation sum)
  • Less than 15 days before the beginning of the course: we will not give back the reservation sum)

If the student doesn't attend or if he/she leaves the course after its beginning, money will not be given back.

Regardless of the course's cancellation date, if the student had contracted the accommodation service and it would be subjected to special conditions for its cancellation, the cancellation expenses will be paid by the student. In any case, these conditions will be communicated before the reservation is made.
