All students will be covered by an accident and health-care insurance.

Students from the European Union can ask for the European Health- Care Card in their own country. It will cover their health-care during their stay in Spain .

EU students without this card and students that don't belong to the EU must have a Health-Care insurance from their countries or it they want, Instituto Atlántico will recommend a Spanish insurance with Health cover and civil liability at reduced prices.

Apart from the Health insurance, it is advisable, when travelling, to have a civil liability insurance to cover the legal assistance and those damages that the traveller could produce to other people involuntarily.
