National and local public holidays are not recoverable (consult public holidays calendar)

Every program will have from 3 to 8 students, except Spanish for Business and Non Native Teachers, which will have five students at most. If a group doesn't have the minimum number of students that is established, other alternatives will be offered (reduction of hours, individual courses...) IAI reserves the right to cancel a course or an extra academic activity if the number of students is not enough.

Due to the principle of quality that defines IAI teaching, we require the attendance to the 85% of the classes. To guarantee the correct learning of our students, any student who shows attitudes that damage the normal course of the class will be warned and, as a last resort, will be expelled without any right to recover his/her money.

The beginning and the duration of each course is established in the general courses schedule and IAI has the right to modify them it necessary to benefit the student.
